Great advice I'm sure, LR, thank you.

I've just posted a brief entry about today.

It's really very annoying. I can't stress enough that the weird thing is that is doesn't seem like a bad injury i.e. nothing has torn or pulled or popped out. It's like a strong cramp in the centre of the calf. If I rest up and have another massage, it may very well be OK for me to jog around on Sunday but I no longer think it will just go away. This is the 3rd time it's happened this month (New Year's Day, 2 Wednesdays ago and today). Between these peaks (if that's the right word) I just have some discomfort but nothing bad enough to stop me running -- heck I managed 13 miles last Sunday with it shouting at me all the way, but just not enough for me to feel I had to stop, unlike today.

Grrrr.

Tomorrow's another day. I'll see how it is then. In the meantime, I'll see if Phil can give me a rubdown before the weekend.
