Following my disgracefully hungover*, purely spactatoral visit to Hove Park this morning I now know who some of these new characters are - and you're most welcome! We love bloggers here - post as often or as little as you like. Remember some of us are on the fringes of the real running community - it's always good to get the latest on races and training sessions posted here.

Good luck tomorrow; I'll be bottling out again as I'm off to Stockholm - see you in a couple of weeks.
