RE: January 2012 - Here We Go Again
Yes, bravo MLCM on your early shift. I had a brief, 2 week, peak into the world of early risers after coming back from California and suffering jetlag. But now I'm back to my old 'just 5 more minutes, oh sh*t it's 8 O'clock' self. Undecided I really admire your dedication, although I suppose your shifts may be partly responsible.

In 5 weeks time I plan to embark on a tough 10 week plan for a half marathon in mid May. And that stipulates 6 runs per week; going against my own mantra of keeping a rest day in between.

Although I'm hoping the general variety of the program will mitigate against injury. There's 'easy' running every other day, some slow, and plenty of 'threshold' (10 mile) pace. Plus I have a 5 week run-up to get myself into some shape.

We shall see.
