Back from China
Hi guys, back from another stint in Shanghai - no running to report other than on the treddy, but determined to get back in to some sort of shape soon. Have had a new addition to the family since I last wrote- a rescue lurcher by the name of Stanley...not a bad jogging company but he does get very easily distracted by any hint of squirrel. Will keep you posted and will try and catch up with all the recent posts.

Argh, I forgot you were in Shanghai! I was there first week of April (for Intermodal Asia). I can't believe what a humungous megalopolis it is; breath-taking. Back there next March so I'll keep in touch. A rescue lurcher you say ... how wonderful! Welcome, Stanley. Don't read him any of my tales of bad dog behaviour, whatever you do.
