Apellidos - Surname/s   We have two surnames, the first one our father's first surname and the second one our mother's first surname but you can give just one surname.

DNI/NIF  Look for:
Pasaporte    Choose "pasaporte" - passport and and its number

Sexo  - Sex  masculino / male  Femenino / Female

Elige Categoría . Choose category. You should choose "Por edad" - Age

Resido fuera de España  - I reside out of Spain

País de residencia - Country of residence

You shouldn't click "Federado en atletismo, tarjeta PMD o carné corredor plus" since it is for athletes federated in the Spanish Athletics federation or holding a special card.

Indique tipo de entidad. Indicate type of entity
Sin club - No club
Club o asociación deportiva. Club or sports association.
