I'm really pleased that you are out running, and enjoying it.  I'm seeing a physio next Tuesday for the first time... I really don't know what shes going to make of me... I can see a referral to a psychiatrist on its way.

Most weekends I run a three mile jaunt through the countryside with Small.  It's pretty steady as 11yo legs aren't that fast.  You'd be welcome to join us if you can cope with non-stop 11yo chatter.
