The "gym" though.  You can't be seriously considering the "gym"?   Life is over at that point isn't it?  

I'm am suffering from my own injuries at present.  Having rescued a stuck sheep earlier, I tripped over that which had held the sheep fast, and rolled down a steep bramble patch.   My legs are shredded...  at least it gave Radar something to chuckle about.
