Never once have I regretted going for a run, but boy did I cut this one fine. All sorts of reasons not to get out this evening but....if I'm going to crush El G at Crawley and Brighton I've got to be better prepared than I was for Almeria.

Tried MLC's negative split thingy tonight. 10 minutes running into the wind along the seafront - quick breather - then see if I could get back to the car in under 10.

Just made it. Cool 2-ish miles and a 20 minute plod it may have been, but tonight was the start of something big. Probably.
