Just wanted to say 'good luck' to all the Beachy Headers for next weekend.
It's a bit premature I know but I'll be working in warmer climbs and didn't want to miss waving you all off.

Enjoy the run Moylesey. I reckon you'll have a cracker.

Cheers Sweder.

No doubt I shall be cursing the last 6 miles as usual - I need you to
enter one year and sample the delights of one of the best and toughest marathons around.

While your living it up in the heat on far eastern shores.
We have a cold snap on and I'll be freezing my butt for 26.2 miles. Oh well, at least I have Rog-air for company !!
