Anyone up for the marina run on Sunday taking in the North Face, Yellow Brick Road and the "W"? After all those 3, i will of course be looking to take the short cut back to the Marina.

Enjoy boys - I will be with you in spirit - as Hellingly 10 k calls - guess I'll have to wait til Monday evening for my long run - I'll look fwd to the run reports aftrwards though.
