Cardifferentiation - OutAlongTheRiver - 25-07-2019

So the next plan is Cardiff Half in October

We liked the Welsh one so much we're back again

Along the way we MIGHT take in Henfield Half (mid August) or New Forest Half (September) but only as testers and training gallops. Or we might do neither and try reverse Moyleman

Training (provided this hot weather abates) will follow the plan provided by Runkeeper app - having trialled it, I feel I ought to give it a go!

Now to go and put my head in bucket of ice ....

Sounds good. For me in this weather, it's early morning or nothing at the moment. I used to enjoy evening runs, but my energy rhythms must have changed over the years. (Also: the kids have got older.)
