Ah well, there I may have mislead you slightly. As is the way of the e-world these days, publishers now enable you to in fact publish a hard copy book without a distribution deal in place (because distribution is so damned difficult in this day of diminishing bookshops). Given the niche market we're targeting, i.e. family, friends and the tiny percentage of middle-aged nondescript runners who don't know me but in fact might actually enjoy this sort of thing, this is therefore a print-on-demand affair.
Therefore to lessen the risk of purchasing sight unseen (albeit RC readers will have already seen the rough form of it here in my training diary over the years), I'm giving all proceeds to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) Australia. So please buy one for yourselves and of course it'd make a great gift too! Available soon through Amazon. Stay tuned!

It's OK, I was up to speed with that. I just wondered if you'd be rattling off an initial 20 or so. Y'know, so you have Christmas sorted already.
