Great (?) Manchester 10K

Good running, SW. Even with time taken out to administer medical assistance to the fallen.

Some races go better than others, but some are just got through - there's no other way to describe it.

I've something of a soft spot for this race, ridiculously crowded as it is. And the Hammers, too, have been known to find a good result in Manchester, even though they were unluckily thrashed there in 2008. Unjustly and against the run of play, obviously.

Or maybe not.
