Welcome to Hobart and fantastic that you've come down. Sorry to hear about your back MLCM and hope it gets better by Sunday morning.

Fully agree on the slow and steady start. Save any energy you can for the steepest patch between the Springs (14 km) and the Chalet (17 km).

Best of luck to all of you for the race. I'll look out for the RC t-shirts.
