Reading Half Marathon
Strangely calm ahead of tomorrow. Number 376 is pinned on to my Fleet Feet shirt selection and clean trainer pair #2 has been brought out of its winter resting place in the cupboard. Ready to go. Depending upon my unreliable timing, the calmness will doubtless evaporate somewhere on the A329 (M) or on seeing the first "car park full sign".

If it's not bucketing, I'm hoping to avoid the gear check malarkey, so you'll maybe catch sight of the 6'3" git shivering somewhere near the 8:30 milers, and certainly seeking out a likely tree with 2 minutes to go. Have to head home sharpish tomorrow, but hope to have more time in Bath.
