Why oh why July?

Whinge, moan, grumble.
It's hard to be positive at the moment. No sleep = no running. The September marathon now looks completely hopeless for me and even the 14km City to Surf in four weeks time is doubtful.

Hopefully I'll have something more positive for you soon. The good news is that I'm done with night shifts for the next ten weeks (thanks to my doctor writing a stern letter to my employer), so I may be able to get back into a regular sleep pattern.

Once sleeping again, I should also be able to run again. Here's hoping...
