Knee, Jogging & Walk
My weight is 200 LBS and I am a bodybuilder for 9 years and
I use to go jogging once a week for 8 KM.
I have found that when I increase the distance that I run,
I could lift more weight, so I continue increasing my
jogging distance up to 20 KM.
- Since I am increasing the distance, will this harm my knee
in the future?
- If instead of jogging, I will go for brisk walking, will I
get the same result?
- Are there any specific types of food that can protect & support the knee? I use to take soup made from goat knee and I believe itÂ’s full with protein, does this help?

Thank you.
