Great News

Was talking to my unofficial coach this morning, head of catering here and veteran of many marathons including London, NewYork, Dublin and Paris. He advised me that I should not even consider giving up beer before the FLM because it is an excellent source of carbohydrateBig Grin

Bring It ON!!!!!
