I'm still slightly confused about the race you did, but anyway, no matter -- very well done, Antonio. If I remember rightly it's a while since you dipped under 60 mins for a 10km, so you must be getting fitter again. I'm ashamed to say that I have still not managed a sub-60 10km. Am hovering a few seconds above it, but that will all change this year.

Good to see that PaulK is still around and taking part in the lcoal races. Great time, too.
