New objective : Almería half marathon
2nd January 2009

The first run of the year. I didn´t feel very confident after last Sunday´s races with some discomfort in my right calf. So, I just went for half an hour from the esplanade and along Nicolás Salmerón park. I went very softly feeling no pain at all. However, I felt a little tired taking into account that the distance was just 4 kilometres. I did some stretching before and more after the run.
