Excellent mileage sw, you're clearly enjoying some good form at the moment, despite the cold. And yes it was a shame about Murray, but he played the game of his life and was unfortunately beaten by a minor deity.

Wow, a great month. I always think that if it takes you 10 miles to warm up, you're clearly cut out to be a long distance runner. Here's to February, and clearing 100 miles!

Thanks Guys, just as long as you aren't expecting anything too great from me, my speed is still what you would call pedestrian, the average speed for Jan was 5.9 MPH so in fact I'm Stillwaddling :-)
